  •  All orders will be processed and shipped around 5 business days excluding weekends and holidays from when they are placed. Some custom and back ordered items will take longer to process and ship, this will be stated if applicable in the item's description.
  • We use EMS express or registered air mail - the first usually takes 5-10 business days, and the later normally takes 10-15 business days.  Actual delivery time may differ depending on your local delivery situation. In very rare cases packages may be held at the customs office for a while, in these cases the delivery time will also be longer.We will try our best to help tracking but please understand once we mail the package out, it's out of our hands.

  • In your shopping cart page, press "estimate shipping" button and enter your postal code. The cost should accurately show up. The shop does not charge you until you confirm and complete your order.
  • We are not responsible for any duty charges that you may incur. We will mark all international packages as “gifts” to try & avoid any potential duty charges. If you'd like to know how much something will cost, simply put it in your cart. 
  • If a package is not delivered in 7 wks counting from the shipping date, it's considered as a lost parcel. Please contact us and let us know if we should mail you a new one for free or issue you store credit (total amount you paid). No refund will be issued.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order via PayPal comments or after your order has shipped.


a. Contact us within 3 days from the package delivery date to request return form;
b. All earrings, tights, custom items are not in the range of return or exchange (unless defective items); 
c. Items received unused(without the smell of perfume), not in damaged or worn condition; Items received in original packaging.

d. All refunds are given as store credit, no cash refund available.

Returns must be received in our Maryland, U.S. office within 10 days (in U.S.) or 20 days (oversea). You can choose either credit refund or exchanging. Refund will be issued minus original shipping fee when return items are received. For exchanging, redelivery is free after we receive your return.

Unclaimed Packages, Failed Addresses or Refused Packages:
If your order is returned to us for any reason (unclaimed when a package slip note is left, refused by the recipient, an incorrect address, etc), We will issue you a store credit for the cost of the item, less the original shipping charges. Please contact us and arrangements for re-delivery can be made upon recipient's request, we will mail out a new one when the return package are received.
