  • You do not need a Paypal account to place an order. Through Paypal you can place a credit card order and an "e-check" using your bank account. Sorry, no cash, money orders, or personal checks are accepted.

  •  All orders will be processed and shipped around 5 business days excluding weekends and holidays from when they are placed. Some custom and back ordered items will take longer to process and ship, this will be stated if applicable in the item's description.
  • We use EMS express or registered air mail - the first usually takes 5-10 business days, and the later normally takes 10-15 business days.  Actual delivery time may differ depending on your local delivery situation. In very rare cases packages may be held at the customs office for a while, in these cases the delivery time will also be longer.We will try our best to help tracking but please understand once we mail the package out, it's out of our hands.

  • In your shopping cart page, press "estimate shipping" button and enter your postal code. The cost should accurately show up. The shop does not charge you until you confirm and complete your order.
  • We are not responsible for any duty charges that you may incur. We will mark all international packages as “gifts” to try & avoid any potential duty charges. If you'd like to know how much something will cost, simply put it in your cart. 
  • If a package is not delivered in 7 wks counting from the shipping date, it's considered as a lost parcel. Please contact us and let us know if we should mail you a new one for free or issue you store credit (total amount you paid). No refund will be issued.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order via PayPal comments or after your order has shipped.



:: RETURN & EXCHANGE ::

At Asian iCandy Store, quality merchandise and service are our priority. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or exchange. 

Sorry all sale items, earrings, custom items are FINAL SALE.

We DO NOT accept returns/exchanges for the following reason:
::  Do not like the look of item (cutting/material/colour/etc) - Due to the camera settings, sunlight or just different computer monitors, sorry we can't guarantee the exact same color between the photo and real item. Also we can't promise everyone will look the same as the model with the product. 

We ACCEPT returns for the following reason with only store credit issued:
::  Clothing does not fit as expected (too small/too big). - Please click here to read FAQ before you request sizing returns. Our Size Chart on web page is based on US/European size for your convenience, but most of our clothing are tagged as Asia size. Please choose correct sizing based on the Measurements Chart of each product page. 

All sizing returns need to mail to our China Beijing office or US Maryland office. Shipping charges to return item(s) to us will not be reimbursed. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via a shipping method that gives a tracking number to ensure that it reaches us. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Returns must be received in our Beijing office within 20 days or Maryland office within 10 days of your order delivery date. Store credit will be issued minus original shipping fee when return items are received. 

We ACCEPT returns for the following reasons:
:: Item is damaged/defective - This will be under inspection: we hand picked each of our item before shipping out. 
:: Item measurement has large discrepancies with the Measurements Chart.

Shipping charges to return item(s) to us will not be reimbursed. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via a shipping method that gives a tracking number to ensure that it reaches us. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Returns must be received in our Beijing office within 20 days of your order delivery date. You can choose either refund or exchanging. Refund will be issued minus original shipping fee when return items are received. For exchanging, redelivery is free after we receive your return.

Unclaimed Packages, Failed Addresses or Refused Packages:
If your order is returned to us for any reason (unclaimed when a package slip note is left, refused by the recipient, an incorrect address, etc), We will issue you a store credit for the cost of the item, less the original shipping charges. Please contact us and arrangements for re-delivery can be made upon recipient's request, we will mail out a new one when the return package are received.
