- All orders will be processed and shipped around 5-10 business days excluding weekends and holidays(in China & U.S.) from when they are placed. Some custom and back ordered items will take longer to process and ship, this will be stated if applicable in the item's description.
- Actual delivery time may differ depending on your local delivery situation. In very rare cases packages may be held at the customs office for a while, in these cases the delivery time will also be longer.We will try our best to help tracking but please understand once we mail the package out, it's out of our hands.
- In some countries, customs or import duties may be charged. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate of what they may be. We are not responsible for any duty charges that you may incur. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.
- If a package is not delivered in 7 wks counting from the shipping date, it's considered as a lost parcel. Please contact us and let us know. Store credit may be issued based on the situation. No refund will be issued.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order via PayPal comments or after your order has shipped.
:: RETURNS & EXCHANGES ::
a. Contact us within 3 days from the package delivery date to request return form;
b. All earrings, tights, clearance and custom items are not in the range of return or exchange;
c. Items received unused(without the smell of perfume), not in damaged or worn condition; Items received in original packaging.
d. You can choose to refund back to your original payment or 110% store credit.
e. We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition.
f. For exchanging, please place a new order and return the unwanted items.
Returns must be received in our Maryland, U.S. office within 10 days (in U.S.) or 20 days (oversea). Refund will be issued minus original shipping fee when return items are received within 5-7 business days. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, store credit, and a 20-50% restocking fee.
Unclaimed Packages, Failed Addresses or Refused Packages:
If you decide to refuse any shipments from asianicandy.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to asianicandy.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
:: OVERSEA ORDERS OUTSIDE OF U.S. ::
Asian iCandy does not convert the total price of Orders into other currencies. We will bill your credit or debit card or PayPal account in U.S. dollars and the card company or PayPal will convert the charges for you. If you have any questions about currency conversions please contact your bank or financial institution.
You can use the currency converter to get an estimate on what an Order will cost you in your preferred currency, however this should be used as a guide only.
The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company.
